SINOMA-TCDRI TBD series belt bucket elevator is used for elevating bulk materials such as raw mill and cement.
結(jie)構特點：
●頭、尾滾筒(tong)采用鼓形表面(mian)，可(ke)自動糾正膠帶的運行(xing)。
The head and tail pulley are drum-shaped surface,
which can automatically correct the alignment of the
belt;
●頭部滾筒面由(you)可更(geng)換的摩擦襯(chen)片組(zu)成，維修更(geng)換方(fang)便。
The head pulley at the top is made up of segmented
friction lining, which is convenient for repair and
replacement;
●籠(long)型結構(gou)的尾部滾筒，避(bi)免了物料(liao)堆積。
The tail pulley is cage structure, which prevents material from piling up;
●料斗(dou)與膠(jiao)帶之間(jian)有(you)成型的橡膠(jiao)墊板，在料斗(dou)繞過頭尾滾筒時起(qi)緩(huan)沖作用。
Rubber pads placed between the buckets and the belt as cushion when the buckets pass the head and tail
pulleys;
●料斗與(yu)膠帶的固(gu)定采用帶釘的碟(die)形螺栓和碟(die)形墊圈，以避免緊固(gu)螺栓的轉動(dong)。
The fixing of buckets and the belt is done by tapered fasteners fixed to a small base plate with a butterfly
shaped washer, which prevents the fasteners from moving

公司 NB 系列斗式提(ti)升機主要(yao)(yao)用于垂直提(ti)升散狀物料，主要(yao)(yao)分為(wei)：NBC 型(xing)、NBS 型(xing)和(he) NBH 型(xing)三種型(xing)式。
SINOMA-TCDRI NB bucket elevators are mainly used for vertical transportation of bulk materials. They are
categorized into three types: NBC type, NBS type and NBH type.
● NBC 型：適合以中(zhong)低(di)速提升石灰石、熟料等；
NBC bucket elevator: suitable for elevating limestone and clinker at a medium to low speed;
● NBS 型：適合(he)以(yi)低速提升粉狀物料(liao)和(he)小顆(ke)粒狀物料(liao)；
NBS bucket elevator: suitable for elevating granulated material or powder at a low speed;
● NBH 型（NBH-C)：由(you)(you) NBS 發(fa)展(zhan)的一種(zhong)高速斗式提升機(ji)，由(you)(you)于(yu)運行速度高，在(zai)提升能力相同(tong)時，可(ke)采用比
NBS 型小的提升(sheng)機，非常經(jing)濟。
NBH (NBH-C) bucket elevator: high speed bucket elevators developed from NBS bucket elevators; due to increased elevation speed, at same capacity, compared with NBS bucket elevators, this type of bucket elevator is smaller size and thus is a more economic choice.

A chain conveyor is used for horizontal or inclined (within 15°) transport of powdery and granulated materials.
It has been widely used in industries such as cement, building materials, metallurgy, chemical processing, power generation and food processing.

NAB type Elevator: suitable for conveying strong abrasiveness and lumpy material, it has the same characteristic with
NB type elevator, however, it will provide the complicated conveying route like scraper conveyor.

It is suitable for conveying strong abrasiveness and lumpy material in Chemical Industry.
●既可以水(shui)平(ping)→垂(chui)直(zhi)（傾斜）、又可以水(shui)平(ping)→垂(chui)直(zhi)（傾斜）→水(shui)平(ping)的輸送路線(xian)
The conveying route can be: From Horizonal to Vertical, From Horizonal to Vertical then to Horizonal.
